And she brought Oyvind and the kids!
It was their turn for sure, I was in Slovakia last summer and
Christmas 2003... finally they came to see me! It was only for about
36 hours, as they were on their way back to Slovakia from Finland via
Sweden, but it was great to see them!
When we finally got eveyone showered and dressed Saturday morning, it was acctually lunch time! So we went to Presto on Pilies g. for a coffee and some crepes. Kristina enjoyed her chocolate and fruit crepe, while Magnus woke up fresh from his midday nap!
Magnus was happy on Papa's lap!
Then we walked out to Cathederal Square in search of balloons!
I think Oyvind might have enjoyed them more than even Magnus!
Kristina was checking to see who was pushing her! It was me!
Then I took Magnus from Oyvind and attempted a self-portrait.
It was Kristina's turn on Papa's shoulders!
With Magnus back in his stroller, we headed off to see the Cathederal...
Then Oyvind got to have his picture taken with the King and Queen of Sweden.
Vilnius was celebrating one year of EU membership with a festival on Gedimino g.
Katka was looking for the booth selling Slovak food!
Kristina didn't care as long as she got to watch everything from her stroller!

I wanted to get Kristina's picture in front of the Lietuva booth!
We lost Oyvind somewhere around Portugal... I think he was looking
for some sausage!
Magnus dosen't care that he lost his balloon, the stick tastes pretty
good!

We stopped in the chocolate store on the way back. Kristina wanted them all!
Katka had to stop and give Magnus some yogurt... so Kristina and I
went to play on the grass on Vokieciu g.
Is she not just the prettiest thing? Well, she is my goddaughter!
If Katka had her way, this would be a pic of both of us as mothers, the reality is, it takes three adults to take care of two kids! So it's better that I wait a bit!
Later back in the hotel, Magnus shos us how much he likes the Zalgeris (75% alcohol - he is part Lithuanian!) and Kristina show off the sweater she got from Tante Jenn for Christmas and the amber bracelet I bought her today!
Aww... how sweet!
And we finish with Kristina standing in the window... my little angel.
