Brixen, Italy
At the end of March 2006, we traveled to Italy for ski races. My ski club, the Kalnu Ereliai, competed in the FILA Sprint EuroSki Cup races before the Lithuanian National Championships later the same week.

I was skiing with Karolis on Sunday afternoon when we decided to take a break and watch the parallel slalom. Before we knew it, Alberto Tomba, the main sponsor of the race with FILA was in the start gate and then at the bottom to sign autographs. Here, he is signing Karolis' helmet! Boy am I jealous!!!

This is how I spent Monday... standing on the hill in a t-shirt watching the kids ski. Not at bad day at the office!!!

Me and Vita, the head coach of Ski Club Rigas Favorits. We met last January and are now cooperating in the training of the kids. She brought two of her best girls to race in our championships and we let her start too!
